Summary
This month’s release focused on two significant new capabilities.
We introduced Project Intelligence, a powerful new feature that analyzes project schedules and generates structured risk reports to help teams identify and mitigate schedule risks. We also completed major work on a new self-service subscription management system, allowing users to manage licenses, subscriptions, invoices, and billing preferences directly within GamePlan.
Project Intelligence
We’re excited to introduce Project Intelligence, a new GamePlan capability that analyzes a project schedule and automatically generates a structured risk report.
By evaluating the structure of a schedule, GamePlan can now identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies based directly on the project’s data.
This helps teams detect schedule risks before they impact delivery.
Project Intelligence examines factors such as dependency structure, critical path concentration, resource assignments, constraints, and buffer placement.
The system produces two outputs: an Analysis and a Risk Report.
The Risk Report includes:
Executive Summary
Overall Risk Assessment
For each identified risk:
Description
Likelihood and Impact
Affected Tasks
Mitigation Strategies
Both the Analysis and the Risk Report can be easily copied for sharing or printing.
Delivering this level of analysis requires substantial AI processing behind the scenes, which increases compute costs. As a result, Project Intelligence will ultimately be included as part of the GamePlan Pro tier.
Self-Service Subscription & License Management
We are close to completing a major improvement to GamePlan’s account management system. Users can now manage their subscriptions and licenses directly within the application without needing to contact support.
To access this page, click your email address in the top-right corner of the Plans screen, then select Account.
From the Account page, administrators can:
Assign and reassign licenses to members of their team
Add or remove subscriptions
Access invoices
Enable automatic invoice email delivery
Previously, subscription changes required contacting GamePlan support. This new self-service system gives customers greater control over their accounts while also allowing GamePlan to scale more efficiently as our user base grows.
Additional Improvements
In addition to the major updates above, this release includes a number of smaller enhancements, usability improvements, and bug fixes across the platform to further improve stability and day-to-day workflow.
